Having never done Pilates before I was desperate to find someone to help me with my post partum recovery.
I was referred to Jen’s postnatal Pilates sessions via a friend and have never looked back. Jen has helped me find muscles that I never knew existed and all through her guided coaching skills over the phone.
Her sessions have helped me restore confidence in my body’s ability to recover from trauma and to feel an inner strength that I will continue to develop.
I cannot recommend Jen’s classes enough and do so at every opportunity.
